		<description>Skype should re-label this policy as the &quot;unfair usage policy&quot;.  It is deceptive and rude.  I just signed up for &quot;unlimited calling to usa &amp; canada&quot;, and didn&#039;t expect to read the policy and have it tell me it&#039;s actually &quot;limited calling&quot;.  What a bunch of greedy pigs. </description>
