		<description>I agree with Ben L., it is a consumer play - albeit a very good one.   They are quite a ways behind Skype (if they can ever catch up) in most markets where Skype is almost ubiquitous, they have no integration to their other apps (hello, Gtalk??)., and no API to speak of.   However in emerging markets, Google Voice would be simply revolutionary for consumers that just got their first mobile - it should be very interesting to watch this. </description>
